02. CHOOSE
Select your event date to check availability and secure your preferred hire period.
03. RESERVE
Complete payment online to reserve your dress.
04. Receive
Local Collection
We'll contact you early in the hire week to organise a collection time that suits you. Your dress will be ready 1–2 days before your event, with after-hours pickup available if required.
Australia-Wide Postage
Your dress will be Express Posted early in the hire week to ensure it arrives 1–2 days before your event. Every postal hire includes a prepaid return satchel.
05. WEAR
Enjoy your event, then simply return your dress unwashed - we'll take care of the cleaning.
Local hires are due for return on the next business day.
Postal hires should be placed into the prepaid return satchel and lodged with Australia Post on the next business day.

01. Book
Book a 30-minute try-on appointment at our Erina studio for $15, fully redeemable on any dress hire booked within seven days. If you'd like a little more time, simply let us know when booking.
02. EXPLORE
Bring along a shortlist of your favourite styles or browse what's available on the day. Take your time exploring different silhouettes, comparing favourites and finding the piece that feels right in a welcoming and pressure-free environment. Chloe is there to provide guidance whenever you’d like it.
03. RESERVE
Found your dress? We'll secure your booking on the spot.
50% deposit for advance bookings. Full payment for hires taking place within seven days
04. COLLECT
Your dress will be professionally cleaned, steamed and quality checked before every hire. Collection is available 1–2 days before your event from our Erina studio, with after-hours collection available by arrangement.
Need your dress posted instead? Just let us know.
05. WEAR
Enjoy your event, then simply return your dress unwashed - we'll take care of the cleaning.
Your dress is due for return on the next business day.
before you hire
A $40 refundable security bond is charged with every hire. Once your garment has been returned on time, in satisfactory condition and without requiring any additional cleaning or repairs, your bond will be refunded in full.
If additional cleaning, repairs or damage costs are incurred, the bond may be used towards these expenses in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
